What if I’m out of hours? Can I purchase more?
Yes, you can go over your contracted hours, but those hours will be charged a premium cost.
If I decide to upgrade my services can I?
Yes, you can always upgrade your services or you can choose pay for one el la carte. These individual services will be charged a premium for purchases.
Can I cancel my services?
Services are not auto-renewed. Once purchase, you can cancel anytime, but you will be fully charged for the service purchased. You will still have access to use your service till original end of service agreement.
I’m not sure I want to purchase? Do you offer proof of concept?
Certianly, we are always willing to provide a Free consultation. We can provide a sample, and if you are pleased, you can purchase the sample el la carte or enter one of our services contracts.
