What if I run out of hours? Can I purchase more?
Yes. You may exceed your contracted hours, but any additional hours will be billed at a premium rate.
Can I upgrade my services?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your service package at any time, or purchase individual services à la carte. À la carte services are billed at a premium rate.
Can I cancel my services?
Yes. Services are not auto‑renewed. Once purchased, you may cancel at any time; however, the full service fee is non‑refundable. You will retain access to your service until the original end date of your agreement.
I’m not ready to purchase. Do you offer a proof of concept?
Certainly. We offer a free consultation and can provide a sample of our work. If you’re satisfied, you may purchase the sample à la carte or move forward with one of our service contracts.
